(ĐN)- In the first six months of the year, Dong Nai province’s farmers contributed nearly VND8.5 billion and 21,600 work days to upgrade and build 148 km of rural traffic roads, dredged 37 km of canals and build 129 charity houses.
In this period, the farmers’ associations at all levels also raised more than VND1.9 billion, 1.3 tones of food, 37,000 seedlings and 10,000 breeding animals from their members to help 3,836 poor farmer households across the province.
