(ĐN)- Bien Hoa city-based An Hoa commune’s Red Cross Chapter has recently presented 200 gifts worth a total of VND48 million to local poor policy families. Earlier, the chapter cooperated with Ho chi Minh city’s Nguyen Trai General Hospital to provide free medical check-ups and medicines to over 500 poor people in Long Hung and An Hoa communes.
At the same time, Binh Da ward ’s Red Cross Chapter also coordinated with doctors and nurses from the provincial Center for Occupational and Environmental Health to offer free health check-ups and medicines to more than 350 war invalids, policy beneficiaries, orphans, disabled children and elderly people
