Of the figure, over 23,000 are full-time candidates and the rest are continuing-education students.
Full-time graders were tested in six subjects of literature, chemistry, geography, history, mathematics and foreign language.
Those who attend high-school part-time or evening courses took a physics exam instead of a foreign language exam.
