Two of them came from Dong Nai province. They are Vong My Van and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Huyen, eleventh-grade students from Tri An and Thanh Binh high schools in Vinh Cuu and Tan Phu district.
The award aims to recognize the student’s efforts in study, training and youth activities.
