(ĐN)- At least six people were severely injured after a speeding Lexus car crashed into five motorbikes stopping at the red traffic light of Duong Tu Giang-Nguyen Ai Quoc crossroad in Bien Hoa city on Sunday.

(ĐN)- At least six people were severely injured after a speeding Lexus car crashed into five motorbikes stopping at the red traffic light of Duong Tu Giang-Nguyen Ai Quoc crossroad in Bien Hoa city on Sunday.
The witnesses said the kite and all of its threads suddenly became stuck in the car’s windshield wipers, which thus made the driver jump and unconsciously speed it up, when the vehicle was traveling towards the intersection.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported since the victims were admitted to a local hospital.
The car driver immediately fled the scene after the collision.
Police are investigating the accident.
