Dong Nai’s enterprises have no shortage of workers

Department Director Le Thi My Phuong said that thanks to care by the businesses last year including giving the 13th month salary and Tet bonuses, the workers were eager to start work. Besides, Dong Nai is also a really good place to live with its reasonable cost of living and attractive living environment.

So far, no company had reports of workers quitting, according to the Dong Nai Province Labour Union.

Currently, workers receive an average monthly salary of over VND3.5 million, much higher compared to around VND2 million per month a few years back.

Many enterprises pledged to provide a stable and agreeable payment to workers.

Some others plan to offer their employees high salaries, bonuses, and allowances covering accommodation and lunch, and other benefits.
