Mr. Phan Trong Huu, Head of Dong Nai Standing Committee of Poverty Reduction, said that Dong Nai would provide loans totaling around VND65 billion to 5,000 poor households across the province. Besides, more than VND100 billion will be spent to help the poor to access to healthcare, housing and educational services.
