In 2012, the department will continue its efforts to successfully implement the campaign “All people unite to build the cultural life in residential quarters”, build cultural families and cultural quarters. The departments will also launch programs to enrich more cultural and spiritual life of local people.
On this occasion, some groups and individuals were presented with labour medals and certificates by the Prime Minister for their excellent activities over the past time.
