(ĐN)- A five-year-old boy died after falling into the pond at a private kindergarten in Bien Hoa city’s Hoa An commune on Monday.
At around 4:30 p.m. last Monday, Huynh Thi Anh Dao went to Bao Ha kindergarten to pick up her son Trinh Minh Hoang but he was missing.
When she and some of the staff began to frantically look for the boy, they found him dead and floating in a nearby 1.5 meter-deep pond.
According to the police, he may have wandered out of the kindergarten due to the carelessness of the staff before falling into the pond.
The center was operating without a license and had around a dozen kids aged between three and six.
