Particularly, the provincial Military Headquarters plans to spend more than VND1.5 billion to carry out a wide range of activities for families of policy beneficiaries, war invalids, martyrs, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and poor soldiers.
The province’s Red Cross Association will present 1,500 gifts totaling VND450 million to poor households in Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Xuan Loc, Cam My, Thong Nhat, Trang Bom and Vinh Cuu districts.
Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs offered 49 gifts to orphans in Dinh Quan district. Besides, the department cooperated with Bibica to provide 400 children with difficult circumstances in Dinh Quan district’s Phu Ngoc commune, Xuan Loc district’s Xuan Loc commune and Long Thanh district.
Long Thanh district’s leaders visited and presented Tet gifts each valued at VND1 million to Vietnamese heroic mothers in Tam An, Long Phuoc, Loc An communes and Long Thanh town.
Thong Nhat district sent a delegation to visit and give 50 gifts to policy families in the locality.
Dong Nai Branch of Viettel also offered 250 gifts worth VND250,000 each to difficult families in Dinh Quan and Tan Phu districts.
Dong Nai Customs Department provided VND234 million worth of 620 gifts to policy beneficiaries, poor families, single elderly people, disabled and AO victims in Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Vinh Cuu, Long Thanh.
Hung Vuong junior high school in Bien Hoa city provided 60 gifts to single elderly people and studious poor students.
Nguyen Hue University handed over a house of gratitude to Mr. Ho Chi Van in Thong Nhat district’s Xuan Thanh commune.
