Inspections will cover factories in industrial zones along the Cau, Nhue, Day, Sai Gon and Dong Nai rivers and those operating in aquaculture and waste treatment regulated by Prime Minister Decree No 64, to raise measures against violations.
Last year, inspections were implemented in 32 provinces and cities with total collected fines of VND22 billion (US$1.05 million).
