Xuan Loc district’s volunteers contributed more than VND1,400 working days to upgrade 6 km of rural roads in Xuan Hoa commune. On this occasion, the district donated over VND300 million to build 12 houses and repair 14 existing ones, award 10 scholarships, 10 bicycles and 183 gifts to poor students and local people.
