(ĐN)- A 6,000 sq.m workshop was completely destroyed after a fire occurred at Huada Furniture Vietnam Co.Ltd in Tam Phuoc Industrial Park in Bien Hoa city on Jan 12.
Some workers said that an explosion of chemicals and stored goods started the fire, which later covered the entire the storage space and spread to three other workshops.
Huada Vietnam specializes in producing and processing wood products.
Dong Nai Fire Department mobilized 10 fire engines and about 80 firefighters to combat the fire. It took 2 hours to subdue the fire. No death or injuries were reported as the fire happened when workers left their work.
Police is inquiring into the cause of the fire and property damage
