(ĐN)- In response to the appeal from the organizers of the “Noi Vong Tay Lon” program, the biggest annual event for the poor, Dong Nai province’s organizations and enterprises have so far registered to donate VND4.55 billion to poor people.
(ĐN)- On December 31, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and Vietnam Television will organize the “Noi Vong Tay Lon” (Joining Hands for Solidarity) programme – the biggest annual event for the poor. In response to the appeal from the organizers, Dong Nai province’s organizations and enterprises have so far registered to donate VND4.55 billion to poor people. The money will be handed over to Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee to help underprivileged people nationwide.
Since the beginning of the year, Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee and its agencies raised nearly VND25 billion to build and repair 1,142 charity houses for poor households inside and outside the province.
