(ĐN)- A workshop was destroyed after a fire occurred at Poh Huat Wood Company in Tam Phuoc Industrial Park in Bien Hoa city on last Saturday.
According to some workers, the fire broke out at about 10 a.m at the paint-spraying section of a workshop and then expanded to the whole site covering 6,000sq.m.
Nine fire engines and about 50 firemen were sent to combat the fire. It took 2 hours to subdue the fire. Even though many workers were being at work, there was not any loss in life, Dong Nai Fire Brigade reported
The total damage is yet to be tallied.
Police is inquiring into the cause of the fire.
