(ĐN)- Dong Nai will spend close to VND 30 billion to support drivers of three-and four-wheel self-modified vehicles to earn their living in the province because the Government has banned the vehicles. The province has more than 6,000 modified three- and four- wheeled vehicles.
Under this program, over 5,700 owners of self-modified vehicles will get VND 5 million worth of financial aid per person and 360 others will receive VND 9 million each to buy legally permitted vehicles or get other jobs.
So far, the province has provided financial aid worth over VND 23 billion to help owners of banned vehicles.
