(ĐN)- Over the past time, Dong Nai Police Department actively taken part in social charitable activities and helped poor people. Particularly, the department donated VND600 million to build 20 “great unity” houses to poor households in Nhon Trach district’s Hiep Phuoc, Phuoc Thien and Vinh Thanh communes.
Moreover, the department provided free medical check-ups and medicine to more than 800 poor people, presented 400 gifts, 60 bicycles and 995 helmets totaling more than VND1 billion.
The department has also made efforts to disseminate information on the Party's standpoints and guidelines and the State's policies and laws to more than 2,500 local people.
