(ĐN)- The Fund granted loans amounting to VND 130 million to 17 former prisoners who had received amnesties in Trung Dung and Long Binh wards of Bien Hoa city at a ceremony held in the city Police Department on October 25.
(ĐN)- A fund to help former prisoners who had received amnesties was established in Dong Nai on October 18, 2010. The Fund aims to mobilize financial resources from entrepreneurs in the province to help those who received amnesty return to ordinary life after their release.

Since its establishment in October 2010, the Fund has offered preferential loans worth VND 510 million for 29 former prisoners who had received amnesties in five districts, Long Khanh town and Bien Hoa city to help them develop their economy to improve their living conditions.
