(ĐN)- Recently, the Dong Nai Police Department has offered preferential loans worth VND 40 million for two former prisoners who had received amnesties in Xuan Bac commune, Xuan Loc district to help them develop their economy to improve their living conditions.
The loans were granted from the provincial fund contributed by local busineses. Established in October 2010, the Fund aimed to mobilize financial resources from entrepreneurs in the province to help those who received amnesty overcome difficulties and stablise their life as well as help them re-integrate into the community and preventing them from violating the law again.
