Naval officer receives Medal for Young Generation

(ĐN)- The Naval Zone 2 High Command recently held a ceremony honor Colonel Pham Xuan Diep who was Deputy Secretary of the High Command Party Committee. He was awarded at the ceremony the “for young generation” medal by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s central Committee in recognition of his contributions over the past 34 years.

Colonel Pham Xuan Diep receives the “for young generation” medal from Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s central Committee

Addressing at the ceremony, Colonel Pham Xuan Diep said the prestigious award of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will encourage the soldiers to overcome difficulties and try their best to successfully fulfil their assigned tasks to protect national sovereignty and the continental shelf.
