The programme provides 60 farmers households in Xuan Loc and Thong Nhat districts with zero-interest loans worth VND700 million in total from October 2011 to October 2013.
On this occasion, the organizers honored and awarded gifts to 53 excellent students who are children of farmers.
So far, the programme granted loans to 240 farmer households in four provinces of Long An, Binh Dinh, Hung Yen and Dong Nai.
