The Fund granted loans worth VND 40 million to two former prisoners who had received amnesties in Tan Phu district at a ceremony held in the district’s Police Department on October 18. Each received a loan valued at VND 20 million.
On the same day, the Fund also provided loans amounting to VND 185 million to 10 released prisoners in Dinh Quan district to to help them develop their economy to improve their living conditions.
