Three vehicles were involved in the wreck about 6:15 p.m.at Cua Heo T-junction on the national highway 1A in Suoi Tre commune. The accident caused a traffic block on the highway for hours.
Police said a passenger bus heading Binh Dinh province, for unknown reasons, collided with a truck heading in the opposite direction and then ran straight into a motorcycle travelling in the same direction.
Three people on the motorcycle were killed. The deceased people were identified as Nguyen Nhu Liem, his wife, Tran Thi Duong and his daughter, Nguyen Nhu Ngoc of Tho Tan commune, Xuan Loc district.
