The Ministry of Transport will invest VND3.9 trillion (US$187.5 million) to upgrade 227km of National Road 20, said Truong Huu Hiep, director of Central Highlands Lam Dong province's Transport Department. He said the upgrade would facilitate the transport of bauxite.
National Road 20 connects Dong Nai province to Lam Dong province.
Work on the upgrade will start early next year and be completed in 2014.
