At the same day, Bien Hoa city’s Red Cross Chapter and Health Centre in coordination with Study Promotion Association of Ham Tan district in Binh Thuan province presented 15 scholarships each worth VND600,000, two bicycles valued at VND700,000 each, and 30 gifts to students in Song Phan junior high school and Song Phan primary schools.
Ealier, Bien Hoa city’s Study Encouragement Association rewarded 32 students who won prizes at national and provincial competitions, gave scholarships to 214 outstanding poor students. The scholarships and rewards totaling nearly VND111 trillion, funded by the city’s Study Promotion Fund.
