Presenting over VND 1 billion to soldiers on DK1

(ĐN) - The High Command of Naval Zone 2 on September 16 received a cash donation worth VND 1.02 billion from the program “Collect stones to build Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago” launched by the Central Youth Union Committee and Tuoi Tre Newspaper.

Đại tá Phạm Xuân Điệp, Tư lệnh Vùng 2 Hải quân tiếp nhận sự đóng góp từ  Xí Nghiệp xây lắp sửa chữa các công trình dầu khí.

The donations were contributed by the Russian-Vietnamese oil and gas joint venture ( Vietsovpetro),  Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS), March 18 Machine Installation Company under Vietnam Machine Installation Corporation (Lilama).


All the money donated will go directly to assist soldiers working at oil rig safeguarding post No1 (DK1) This is a meaningful gift for the soldiers who are on their spiritual mission assigned by the Fatherland and the people.
