Over the past three years, the spiritual and cultural life of people living in the communes is improved more; yearly average income increased from VND14 million in 2008 to VND17 million last year; agricultural production value has reached VND57 million per hectare.
Speaking at the working session, Mr. Khoa acknowledged efforts made by Dong Nai province in building new rural areas over the past time and stressed that Dong Nai should focus on vocational training for rural laborers so as to improve their incomes.
Earlier, Deputy Minister Nguyen Dang Khoa worked at Tri An commune, one of Vinh Cuu district’s three communes building new rural model.
