(ĐN) – Recently, Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) in cooperation with Japan International Labour Foundation (JILAF) held a seminar on building trade unions in Japanese enterprises in Dong Nai.
The three-day seminar attracted the participation of more than 30 Japanese enterprises from Dong Nai, HCM city, Binh Duong and Long An.
At the ceremony, the enterprises shared experiences in building trade unions and discussed measures to settle collective labor disputes, build harmonious relationships among business, unions and employees, etc.
On this occasion, JILAF’s representatives visited some Japanese enterprises in Dong Nai to find out the role of the trade unions in protecting worker’s rights.
