(ĐN)- On September 29, Bien Hoa city’s Fatherland Front Committee in cooperation with AO/dioxin Victims Association held a ceremony to award “Giving strength to students” scholarships in 2011-2012 school year to AO victims across the city.

At the ceremony, the association presented 14 scholarships worth VND1.5 million each to good students and 5 others valued at VND700,000 each to medium students.
