(ĐN)- Long Thanh district’s Study Promotion Association has recently presented 212 scholarships to studious poor students from junior high and primary schools in the locality. The scholarships totaling VND162 million were funded by Vedan, Golf Long Thanh and Sonadezi.
Nhon Trach district War Veterans’ Association has just handed over a charity house to its member, Mr.Tran Van Mung in Phuoc An commune. The house covers an area of 40 sq.m and was built at a cost of VND36 million, of which Nhon Long cooperative donated VND26 million, the remaining was contributed by the association and the family.
