(ĐN)- Recently, 50 policemen from Bien Hoa city’s Police Department gathered to help local people to upgrade roads collecting rubbish on streets and schools, clearing drains and upgrading roads.
On this occasion, the delegation held to disseminate guidelines and policies of the Party and State to local people, donated VND80 million to build four “great unity” houses, awarded 80 scholarships each worth VND500,000 to studious poor students, visited and presented 40 gifts to families who have made outstanding achievements in ensuring social security and fighting crime.
At the same day, Dong Nai Police Department handed over a charity house to the family of Mrs. Doan Thi Kim Hoa in Thong Nhat ward. The house was built on an area of 40 sq.m at a cost of VND32 million, of which Dong Nai Police donated 20 million.
