(ĐN)- The Trade Union of the Dong Nai Department of Education and Training held a ceremony on Thursday to honor students for their efforts both in study and life in the 2010-2011 school year. Among the honorees, there were 9 excellent students of provincial contests.
(ĐN)- The Trade Union of the Dong Nai Department of Education and Training held a ceremony on Thursday to honor students for their efforts both in study and life in the 2010-2011 school year. Among the honorees, there were 9 excellent students of provincial contests.
At the ceremony, the Union awarded certificates of merits to 92 outstanding students from primary to university level who are children of state employees in the province. In the last school year, these students not only made their best efforts to overcome difficulties to be high academic achievers but also actively participated in social activities. In addition to certificates of merit, the honorees also received cash rewards from the Union.
This is the eleventh time the Union has organised this event in the province.
------The Provincial Police Department organised a similar event on Friday in Dong Nai. The event honored 150 outstanding students who are children of police officers and soldiers in the province. Among the honorees, there were 48 excellent students of national, provincial and district contests and 5 outstanding university students.
