(ĐN)- The Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee has bestowed posthumously and awarded certificates of merit to Chuong Ly Va in Dinh Quan district’s Phu Vinh commune for his bravery in saving four teens from drowning
Four teens from hamlet 4, Phu Vinh commune were rescued on the afternoon of June 22 after being trapped in a whirlpool. Unfortunately, Chuong Ly Va died while trying to save the lives of teenagers.
