(ĐN)- In the morning of May 11, Xuan Loc district’s Fatherland Front Committee in cooperation with Xuan Hung commune’s authorities handed over two charity houses to households facing housing difficulties in the commune.
The houses, covering an area of 40 sq.m each, were built at a total cost of VND40 million. Of the total, Dong Nai Building Materials Production & Construction Corp donated VND30 million, the remaining was contributed by the families.
From the beginning of the year until now, Xuan Hung commune presented 7 charitable houses to poor families. In the coming time, the commune will continue to raise around VND400 million to construct 20 houses for other households in the locality.
