They include a 22 storey-apartment building in Tam Hoa ward invested by Son An Housing Construction and Investment J.S Company, an apartment block in Buu Hoa ward invested by Minh Luan Co., a VND41 billion project in Buu Long ward of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Co., a project in Quang Vinh ward of Sonadezi and a block of flats in Hoa An commune.
