On Jan 20, Mr. Phan Van Trang, former Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, accompanied with the delegation of the Party Committee to visit and give 400 gifts to poor families in Tan Phu district’s Nam Cat Tien, Ta Lai, Phu Loc and Phu Lap communes. Each gift valued at VND300,000 including candy, cooking oil, sugar and cash.
On Jan 21, Thong Nhat district’s Fatherland Front Committee presented 100 gifts worth VND250,000 each to poor households in Hung Loc and Xuan Thanh communes. On this occasion, Tin Nghia Co. also spent over VND33 million to offer 140 gifts to poor blind people in the district.
On the same day, Nhon Trach district’s Fatherland Front Committee gave 3,442 gifts to poor households and policy families in the district’s 12 communes. The gifts totaling more than VND1 billion were financed by the district’s fund for the poor.
