(ĐN)- Long Khanh town Blind People’s Association has recently organized a congress to review its activities in the past term and plan tasks for the next term with the aims of improving the living standards of its members and blind people.
In the past term, the association provided loans totaling VND611 million to 131 members, built 8 charity houses and provided free medical check-ups and medicine to poor members, presented gifts worth a total of approximately VND834 million to some 7,000 poor blind people.
