(ĐN)- Dong Nai has launched a project to use bus service subsidy to transport workers to and from over 50 factories located in Bien Hoa 2 and Amata Industrial Parks. Accordingly, the provincial Public Transport Management and Operation Centre has provided 500 free bus tickets to workers in the two IPs. There are about 12 buses in service at the present time, serving from 1,000 to 1,300 workers per day. The project requires a subsidy of around 80 million VND a month for two bus routes that transport workers to and from their jobs. The support source comes from the provincial budget.
