(ĐN)- Bien Hoa city’s People’s Committee has just issued a document asking the people’s committees at the communal and ward level to launch the campaign “All people take children to school” in the new school year of 2008-2009. Accordingly, the authorities have to make all efforts to encourage all children to go to school and call children of poor families to return to school. Besides, the city’s education sector and related agencies will try to provide favorable conditions for children from six years old onward to go to school.
