Dong Nai to raise fund for flood victims

(ĐN)- In response to an appeal from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Dong Nai province has called on organizations, agencies and individuals to make donations to support flood victims in northern provinces, help them to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their life.
