The three-month training course provided participants with knowledge that would be adapted for weaving towels and cloths.

Phu Thanh commune in Tan Phu district has recently held a closing ceremony for the two-month training on handicraft rattan and bamboo weaving techniques. 51 people who are poor farmers living in deep-lying and remote areas attended the training course. After course, the participants can find jobs, helping them earn more income. From the beginning of the year until now, the province’s Industry Promotion Centre has provided 5 training courses on handicraft rattan and bamboo weaving techniques for poor farmers living in deep-lying and remote areas.
