(ĐN)- On June 20, a meeting to review the results of the first phase of the movement “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” and work out detailed plans for the next phase was held by Dong Nai province’s Party Committee’s Steering Board.

After five months of implementation of the movement, the Party’s offices and organizations set up standards on virtue and lifestyle for cadres, Party members and State employees. The movement has been also publicized to create greater awareness among Party members and general public about the basic content and values of President Ho Chi Minh’s thought regarding virtue.
According to the Steering Board, the second phase of the movement must be attached with movements on Party building and rectification, boosting the struggle against corruption and strengthening patriotism. Besides, excellent examples among Party members and State employees should be expanded and honored to support the fight against individualism, bureaucracy and waste.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Vo Van Mot said that the second phase is very important; therefore, the Party’s organizations need to continue to build programmes to encourage Party members and the general public to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s virtuous personality.
