(ĐN)- Lately, the provincial Committee for Population, Family and Children in coordination with Dong Nai Study Encouragement Association offered 100 gifts worth VND100,000 each to children in difficult circumstances in Xuan Dong and Xuan My communes, Cam My district. Especially, representatives from the Committee and the Association has visited and presented gifts including clothes, cakes, sugar, rice and instant noodle to five children in specially-difficult situation.
This is a part of the program to offer Tet gifts to poor children across the province launched by the provincial Committee for Population, Family and Children and Dong Nai Study Encouragement Association. Accordingly, 1,400 gifts will be granted to the children on the occasion of the coming lunar year of the Pig.
