The new office of Microsoft Vietnam officially opened on February 22 at Capital Place building, 29 Lieu Giai, Hanoi. Covering over 700 square meters, equipped with modern and comfortable facilities, the office is considered one of the smartest Microsoft offices globally. It uses a flexible hybrid working model and is considered proof of Microsoft's long-term commitment in Vietnam.
Microsoft's new office in Hanoi is designed with an open and flexible style, enabling employees to connect and collaborate to the fullest anytime, anywhere.
The office is also equipped with identification sensors to collect data, such as the frequency of people entering and leaving and the number of people meeting in a room, thereby automatically activating the meeting feature, analyze and adjust light intensity, room temperature accordingly.
Microsoft's smart office in Vietnam uses many Vietnamese traditional materials such as bricks, tiles, bamboo and rattan.
The office is also designed to be friendly to the disabled community. In addition, Microsoft also equips a separate room with support equipment for female employees to return to work after maternity leave.
