(ĐN)- The Dong Nai-based Lac Hong University successfully defended its title in Urban Concept vehicle category of Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2018 held in Malaysia between April 28 and May 2.

The university’s team won the championship at the energy-efficiency vehicle competition with a result of 170 kilometers per Kwh of electricity. They were followed by team from Indonesia. This is the fifth time the university has won Urban Concept vehicle category of Shell Eco-marathon Asia.
The marathon, held annually by Shell, is a contest for students of technical majors to design, build and test ultra energy-efficient vehicles. This year’s contest attracted over 100 teams from many countries and territories across Asia, vying for titles of the Prototype and Urban Concept vehicle categories.
