(ĐN)- The National Science-Technology Competition for High School Students in southern region in 2017 concluded yesterday in Vung Tau city, Ba Ria Vung Tau province.

At the end of the contest, students from Dong Nai province excellently won 8 prizes, including 2 first, 2 second, 3 third and 1 consolation prizes.
The competition attracted 217 projects of 373 students from 32 provinces and cities from Da Nang southward which includes 6 projects of students in Dong Nai
The competition organized annually by the Ministry of Education and Training is to encourage students to study science and technology and to apply the acquired knowledge into reality. It is also a good chance for contestants to get together and exchange their research results. The top three prize winners will be admitted to universities nationwide without taking entrance exams.
