This year’s contest held by Dong Nai Department of Education and Training (DoET) drew the participation of 142 entries of 253 contestants from 38 schools in the province. Of the entries, 69 outstanding research works were selected for the final round. Many of them can be applied into practical conditions and have high creativeness. Contestants with outstanding projects will be provided financial support from local businesses to complete and develop their projects.
According to Deputy Director of DoET Pham Ngoc Thach, the annual competition aims to encourage students to study science and technology and to apply the acquired knowledge into reality, contributing to increasing competitiveness on workforce in Vietnam with developing countries in the future.
