The event, the 12th of its kind, drew the participation of thousands teenagers, aged 6 from 19 years old nationwide. They sent their entries including models and products of teaching tools, computer software, eco-friendly products, household appliances, and toys.
This is the first time team from Dong Nai province has taken part in the contest with 16 out of 656 participating solutions. The team scored 2 consolation prizes, including 1 prize for teams and 1 prize for outstanding individuals.
The contest, which was co-held by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations and the Ministry of Science and Technology, the HCM Communist Youth Union Central Committee, aims to promote children’s potential and innovation, as well as help them broaden their knowledge and develop their creativity in the near future.
