Entitled “Our country in new day”, the third contest featured pictures focusing in the campaign “Joining hands to build new rural area in Dong Nai” drawn by contestants using Window 7’s Paint software on computers.
At the end of the contest, the organizers awarded 2 first, 4 second, 4 third and 10 consolation prizes to the outstanding contestants.
