(ĐN)- Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People's Committee has signed a decision to promulgate organization and operation regulations of Dong Nai Science and Technology Development Fund.
Accordingly, the Fund, which has charter capital of VND30 billion, aims to provide non-refundable aid, loans with non-interest rate or low interest rates for science and technology development as well as to improve national scientific and technological competence. It also targets to promote science and technology development, contributing to Dong Nai province’s socio-economic development.
The fund provides non-refundable aid for national science and technology tasks that are managed by the province, and the provincial science and technology tasks. It also offers financial aid for science and technology tasks suggested by individuals and organizations for the province’s socio-economic development.
In addition, the Fund offers loans with non-interest rate or low interest rates for scientific research and technological development in production and life. Besides, the projects expanding agricultural models in production and life will also get loans low interest rates from the fund for implementation.
Science and technology tasks assigned by the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee will receive the fund’s guarantee for loans.
